Official Contest Rules
The $10,000 CAD Giveaway (the "Contest") is sponsored by Venn Financial Inc. ("Venn"), a federally incorporated company operating in Canada. The Contest is administered by Venn and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party.
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Venn and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
The Contest begins on May 16, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on May 22, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.
No purchase necessary. Existing Venn customers as of the start of the Contest Period are automatically entered. New customers who open a Venn account before May 22, 2026 will be entered at the time of account activation. To remain eligible, participants must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000 CAD for two (2) months following the close of the Contest Period.
One (1) grand prize of $10,000 CAD will be awarded, deposited directly into the winner's Venn account. The prize has no cash equivalent and is non-transferable. No substitutions permitted except at Venn's sole discretion.
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries on or around [Draw Date]. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The draw will be conducted by a Venn representative.
The selected winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw. If the winner cannot be reached within ten (10) business days, an alternate winner may be selected. The winner may be required to sign a declaration of eligibility and release.
By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and general location (city/province) for promotional purposes by Venn without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Venn is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Venn reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest in the event of fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Venn's reasonable control.
This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of Venn, which are final and binding. For full rules or winner information, contact hello@venn.ca.
