First-time setup now pre-fills clearly named Venn accounts in your chart of accounts and confirms anything Venn creates in your accounting software. You can also manage the clearing account yourself.

Get an email when a card's spend passes a percentage of its limit you choose, with a link straight to raising it. Add alerts when you create or request a card, in bulk or through spend programs.

A step-by-step setup that starts on the Accounting page: connect your software, choose accounts and fields to sync, and turn on AI suggestions. If you stop partway, setup picks up where you left off.

Once a business is approved, there are fewer clicks into the app, a clearer checklist of first steps like adding funds and creating a card, and a button to ask Venn Assistant what to do next.

Ask about your money in plain English and get answers from your live accounts, transactions, cards, invoices and documents. It can also draft cards, transfers, invoices and team invites, and nothing goes through until you approve it.

Limit a department lead's view to the departments they lead. They keep their permissions, but only see the cards, transactions and people in those departments.

Require fields like tax rate or accounting category on card purchases. Cardholders and bookkeepers see what's missing right on the transaction.
